The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    • No refunds. All sales are final.  Exchanges with the original tags and hygiene liners attached can be exchanged if you contact H2O Swimwear within 10 days of delivery date.  In compliance with federal health regulations, items that are laundered, worn, damaged or soiled cannot be returned at the expense of the customer.  Prior authorization must be given by H2O Swimwear within this 10 day period of delivery to exchange an item(s).  In addition, the item(s) must be received by H2O Swimwear within 10 days of the authorization or the exchange will not be granted.  When H2O Swimwear receives the items for exchange and determines the item is in perfect salable condition as originally delivered, we can grant the exchange.  All shipping charges are your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card. If we deem you are abusing the H2O Swimwear exchange policy with an abnormal number of exchanges, you will no longer be allowed to purchase merchandise from H2O Swimwear.

     

    • Upon delivery to you, if a defect or damages to your merchandise is discovered, please contact H2O Swimwear within 10 days of delivery to get prior authorization for an exchange.  We will make all attempts to replace your items with the same or like item at no additional expense to you.

     

    • H2O Swimwear is a retailer of unique, designer swimwear and active wear.  We rely on the descriptions and images provided to us by the manufactures and can no way warranty the accuracy of these descriptions.  We are not responsible for any inaccurate information given to us by designers and manufactures.

     

    • Once tags are removed from a garment, we are not responsible for any damages that the garment incurs.  H2O Swimwear holds a no warranty policy.

     

    • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, custom charges or any other fees associated with international shipping.  Please do your due diligence before your purchase to insure you are aware of any of these fees.  H2O is not responsible for any of these fees.  If an order is refused by you at the time of delivery on international orders, no refund will be issued and additional fees will be your responsibility.  All international sales are final.

     

    • Items you view on our website may appear different than in reality due to various computer screen resolutions and internet services.

     

     

     

     

    Sizing

    The swimwear H2O Swimwear sells and represents is a bit sexier and skimpy than most swimwear you would find at a department store.  When picking your swimwear, please review the individual designer’s sizing charts and order accordingly.

     

    Care Instructions for Swimwear

     

    You are purchasing unique and beautiful swimwear made of the best imported fabrics, hardware and trim pieces.  You must treat your swimsuit as such and hand wash your swimwear in cold water with a very mild soap, shampoo or lingerie cleaner immediately after you wear your swimwear.  This avoids damage to your swimwear from salt and chlorine.  Make sure you separate each piece from one another so colors do not ruin together.  Hang or dry flat.  Do not use bleach, laundry detergent or stain removers on your swimwear and do not blow dry or use the dryer on your swimwear.  Please note that hot tubs and swimming pools are harsh on your swimwear and dark and bright colors fade quicker-these are not manufacture defects.  Suntan oils and lotions can shorten the life of your swimwear.

     

    Pre-Order Policies

     

    Discounts or coupons cannot be applied to pre-order merchandise.  Pre-order merchandise can be returned for online credit only.  If you cancel your order we will only give you online credit.  All pre-orders pieces will be shipped together.  Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase regardless of when we ship it to you.
